Professional Overview

I graduated from AECC in 2023 with a Master’s in Chiropractic and am passionate about helping people feel their best.

My approach is all about empowering you to take charge of your health by providing clear treatment options and focusing not just on symptom relief but also on long-term wellness and prevention.

Outside the clinic, I stay as active as possible. I enjoy all kinds of sports—especially football—and when the weather allows, you’ll often find me walking or kayaking down the River Stour.

I look forward to seeing you in the clinic and helping in any way I can!

Qualifications: MChiro

Year of Graduation: 2013

Professional Overview

Based in Ferndown, Zoe is an experienced chiropractor dedicated to helping people move with greater ease, recover from pain, and enjoy an active, healthy lifestyle. She welcomes patients from West Parley, Ferndown, Bournemouth, Wimborne, Ringwood and the surrounding areas, providing personalised chiropractic care for people of all ages and activity levels.

Whether you’re spending long hours at a desk, expecting a baby, training for endurance events, or managing the physical demands of horse riding, Zoe takes the time to understand your individual needs and create a treatment plan that fits your lifestyle and goals.

With a strong focus on identifying the underlying cause of pain rather than simply treating symptoms, Zoe combines hands-on chiropractic care with evidence-informed advice, rehabilitation exercises, and practical strategies to help you achieve lasting results. Her aim is not only to reduce discomfort but also to improve movement, build resilience, and help you stay active for the long term.

Experience

With more than 13 years of clinical experience, Zoe has helped thousands of patients overcome pain and improve their quality of life. She spent nine years as a Senior Chiropractor at a multi-award-winning multidisciplinary clinic, where she played an important role in mentoring colleagues, supporting clinical development, and delivering high standards of patient care.

Her dedication to both clinical excellence and patient experience was recognised when she received the Chiropractic Assocciate of the Year award.

Throughout her career, Zoe has worked with a diverse range of patients, from office workers and manual labourers to elite ultra-endurance athletes. She has travelled throughout Ireland and the United States providing chiropractic support at endurance events, gaining valuable experience in performance, injury prevention, and recovery.

As a lifelong horse rider, Zoe also has a particular understanding of the physical challenges faced by equestrians and has worked extensively with riders looking to improve comfort, mobility, and performance both in and out of the saddle.

Clinical Expertise

Every patient is different, which is why Zoe believes treatment should never be a one-size-fits-all approach. She carries out a thorough assessment, explains her findings in clear, straightforward language, and works with you to develop a personalised treatment plan.

Whether you’re recovering from a recent injury, managing persistent pain, or looking to prevent future problems, treatment is tailored to your body, your lifestyle, and your goals. Her approach combines hands-on chiropractic techniques with rehabilitation and education, empowering you to take an active role in your recovery.

Professional Experience

Zoe holds a Master’s degree in Chiropractic and is qualified to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions affecting the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system.

Her treatments may include:

  • Chiropractic spinal adjustments and manipulation
  • Joint mobilisation and extremity adjusting for shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles and feet
  • Soft tissue therapy, including massage and trigger point release
  • Functional rehabilitation and movement-based exercise programmes
  • Dry needling
  • Myofascial taping
  • Biomechanical assessment and custom orthotic prescription
  • Advanced BioStructural Correction (ABC) training (currently not offered as a treatment)

Zoe is also trained to interpret spinal MRI scans and take and assess diagnostic X-rays where clinically appropriate. Although X-ray facilities are not available within the clinic, she can arrange private referrals if imaging is required as part of your care.

Interests and Passions

Away from the clinic, Zoe enjoys spending time with her family, horse riding, and keeping active outdoors. Since becoming a mum, she has developed an even greater appreciation for the physical changes that occur during pregnancy and the postnatal period. Combining professional expertise with personal experience allows her to support women with empathy, understanding, and practical care throughout every stage of motherhood.
